The top four lenders in South Korea by net profit, Shinhan Bank, has reportedly established a “metaverse” website to provide what it calls financial and non-financial services, claiming to be the first bank in the country to do so, according to local media sources.
After conducting numerous testing, including a five-day trial of the Shinamon services, connected to cryptocurrency and blockchain technology, Shinhan Bank made its statement.
